Homemade Remedies For Damaged Hair

The hair which is dry, thin, unhealthy and quite double-faced, is called poor hair. There are a number of reasons for hair loss such as pollution of the environment, chemicals found in hair enhancer products, high color in hair, spray and gel use which contain chemicals and poor diet.

Almond oil and vinegar

Almond oil is very beneficial for hair repair. Take almond oil in your palm and rub it for a while to heat it. Now apply it on your entire head and put shower cap in the head to keep moisture dry. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash it well. Make sure to apply conditioners after shampooing. After this, wash the hair with a mixture of water and apple vinegar for the last time. To make it, add 2 teaspoons of apple vinegar to half the water.

Lemon extract

Dandruff, head scratching and yawing are some reasons for hair loss, lifeless hair. Lemon has the power to fight bacteria, which is the cause of dandruff and itching and also makes your hair healthy. Insert 2 teaspoons of honey in a lemon juice and olive oil in a sufficient amount. Mix them well and apply them on your head and hair. Leave for 20 minutes and then shampoo. Apple cider vinegar

Most hair specialists recommend not shampooing their patients much more. So you do not need to wash your hair every day. By shampooing everyday, the oil will end your glands and your hair will become dry. Many times water also damages the hair from the PH levels.
